Completely overhauled debarker

We offer a fully refurbished log debarker, ready for immediate operation. The machine is designed for debarking both hardwood and softwood logs up to 6 meters in length.

Technical Specification and Construction

• Stationary head, ensuring high stability and precision. Equipped with new carbide knives.
• The log carriage moves on 15-meter steel rails, ensuring smooth and precise log travel.
• Heavy-duty, solid welded steel construction, resistant to deformation.
• New motors, drives, and bearings – all components have been replaced with brand new parts.
• The set includes a horizontal and an inclined bark conveyor for quick bark removal from the working area (e.g., into a container). The inclined conveyor is equipped with a CHEVRON belt.
• The machine is equipped with an operator’s cabin, a control cabinet, and new inverters to ensure work safety and comfort.

Customization Options
Upon customer’s request, we can provide custom-sized outfeed conveyors and integrate the machine with an existing production line.
