General Principles of the Adopted Policy

In this regard, JUWAL SP. Z O.O. follows the principles resulting from the following acts and regulations issued on their basis:

a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
b) Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000)

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

JUWAL SP. Z O.O. processes your personal data:

– to provide information about services and products, conduct business negotiations aimed at concluding a contract, placing an order, and its execution.
– for statistical purposes, e.g., sales results,
– for archiving purposes, including legal requirements,
– for debt collection, including legal and mediation proceedings,
– to issue sales documents,
– to organize loyalty programs or promotional campaigns,
– to keep accounting records.

Additionally, JUWAL SP. Z O.O. tracks your movement on its website using Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

The basis for processing your personal data is:

– consent given by the person whose data relates to,
– performance of a contract with the person whose data relates to,
– performance of tasks carried out by the Personal Data Administrator, including responding to offer inquiries.

Retention Period of Personal Data

The period of personal data processing depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. Your personal data will be stored until the communication with you ends, and in the case of marketing activities, until you object. Personal data may also be processed for the time regulated by law. After the storage periods expire, your personal data will be deleted.

Categories of Processed Personal Data

JUWAL SP. ZO.O. processes the following categories of personal data:

– data for issuing an invoice (i.e., tax ID, company address, company name),
– name and surname, phone number, and email.

Categories of Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be disclosed by JUWAL SP. Z O.O. to JUWAL SP. Z O.O. employees and associates, accounting firms, if necessary, to law firms, national debt registers, courier companies, to the extent necessary to perform the contract.

JUWAL SP. Z O.O. transfers or will transfer data to entities providing JUWAL SP. Z O.O. with services: legal, accounting, subcontracting, courier.

JUWAL SP. Z O.O. does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).

Right to Confirm Processing

You have the right to obtain confirmation from JUWAL SP. Z O.O. whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you are entitled to access these data and information regarding their processing.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your data by JUWAL SP. Z O.O. based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Right to Access Personal Data

You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Administrator and to rectify, delete (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, transfer data, and object to the processing.
